Where are your tap handles branded?
All of our tap handles are branded with care at our location in Mississauga, ON, Canada.
Can you create artwork for me?
Yes. Our designers can work with you step-by-step to create a stunning new logo. Contact us for a quote.
What file formats are accepted for a mockup?
We can use any vector format, like .ai, .eps or .svg
Who can place orders? Is there a minimum order quantity?
Anyone can place an order! There is no minimum order quantity, but the more you order, the more you save.
What is the average order processing time?
Orders are usually processed between 1-4 business days.
Are your prints durable?
Absolutely. We use UV ink technology, printing with high-quality ink directly onto the handle before applying a powerful UV cure for a strong finish.
Do the tap handles have ferrules?
They do. Depending on size, the ferrule will be external, but some shorter handles have internal ferrules.
Do you guarantee colour matching?
We cannot guarantee colour matches. We use Pantones and print using CMYK to replicate the colour as close as possible.
Where do you ship to?
We ship across Canada and the continental US. If you are in another country, contact us and we’ll work with you to provide a shipping quote and other order details.
Can I pick up my order at your location?
You can. Contact us to schedule your pickup at our location in Mississauga, Ont.
Can I cancel or return my order?
You can cancel your order until it has been processed or shipped out. Custom branded products are not returnable. If you want to return your order of blank tap handles or parts, contact us with your order number and reason for return.
