You can return any unused non-branded products within 30 days from shipping.
Return unused items in their original packaging. Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders over 30 days. We are unable to accept refunds for countries outside of Canada and the United States.

The following products cannot be returned:
- Personalized wooden and ceramic tap handles
- Sale items
If you receive any damaged or defective product, reach out to us – this may be eligible for a resend or refund.

- The products and quantity you’d like to return
- The reason why you’re hoping to return it
